THERAPISTS

Alexandria G. Shaver, M.S., CCC-SLP is the founder of Pike Pediatric Therapy, a pediatric speech therapy practice serving Pike and the surrounding areas. Before opening her own practice, Alex worked in a private practice with other speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists. Alex received her undergraduate degree in Communicative Disorders from The University of Alabama. She received her Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from The University of South Alabama. She is an ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist (CCC-SLP) and licensed by ABESPA in the state of Alabama to practice Speech-Language Pathology. Alex has great experience working with the pediatric population. She is no stranger to Troy, AL., as she was born and raised here and now resides here with her family. Alex recognized the need for a therapy provider in Troy who catered specifically to families who are navigating speech and language and oral motor/feeding disorders. Alex has a heart for children and desires to see children succeed. She wants to help children thrive and be able to functionally communicate with their families and peers. When she’s not working, Alex loves to travel, cook, be a health advocate, and spend time with her family and friends. 

Hadley Taylor, M.S., CCC-SLP is from Montgomery, AL where she currently resides with her family. Hadley received her undergraduate degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Alabama. She received her Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Faulkner University. She is an ASHA-certified speech language pathologist (CCC-SLP) and licensed by ABESPA in the state of Alabama to practice Speech-Language Pathology. She has experience working in the school setting and hospital setting. Hadley currently sees clients in both the Montgomery and Troy offices. When she’s not working, Hadley enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, reading, and being on the lake. 

.Bethany Zaragoza, OTR/L is from Troy, AL and currently resides there with her family. She earned her undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from Troy University and her masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Alabama State University. She is registered by the National Board Certification of Occupational Therapy and licensed by the Alabama State Board of Occupational Therapy to practice occupational therapy in the state of Alabama. When she’s not working, Bethany enjoys spending time with her family, going for walks, and content creation. 

Jordan Hendrix, M.S., CCC-SLP, is from Montgomery and has been serving children and families of central Alabama for over three years. She earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Auburn University in 2022. She is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) and licensed by ABESPA in the state of Alabama to practice Speech-Language Pathology. She is certified in the SOS Approach to Feeding and AEIOU: An Integrated Approach to Pediatric Feeding, and she has a special passion for supporting early language development and children on the Autism Spectrum. Jordan’s favorite part of her work is building meaningful connections with her patients and their families while celebrating every step of their growth. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with her family, reading a good book, gardening, and exercising
